Plainfielders will be interested in the Courier's overview of the central New Jersey real estate market in Sunday's print edition.
There is an interesting table -- not posted online -- comparing the average monthly sales, numbers of unsold homes and number of months to sell.
I have culled the Plainfield data below --
We have yet to see the worst of what's happening elsewhere, but there is an obvious slowdown, which is beginning now to be exacerbated by the turmoil in the credit markets.
