More questionable is whether it is truly 'Moorish Revival'.
It may be more correct to consider it a Queen Anne influenced by the Aesthetic Movement. Certainly the brickwork is flamboyant and unique and almost defies being pigeion-holed.
I was inside once for a house sale and recall some of the interior details had a more markedly 'Moorish' feel.
