You can get an eyeful of the recent work of Hispanic artists of the Plainfield area this afternoon.
Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, an exhibit entitled 'Back To Our Roots' has been on view at the Edge Art gallery in Rahway since October 1. Guests will have an opportunity to meet and mingle with the artists at a reception this afternoon.
The exhibit features paintings and photography of local artists Fermin Martinez, Miguel Urosa, Louis Rivera and Mauricio Trenard.
As part of today's festivities, there will be a presentation by the folkloric group Renacer Andino.
Presented by the Latino Leadership Alliance of Union County, the show is cosponsored by Union County College-Plainfield, and Realtor® Nilda Maccarelli.
