Mapp takes the high(er) road

A close view of the Mapp for Mayor billboard...

... and a long view from across the corner.

While driving down Plainfield's East Second Street Tuesday afternoon, what should I come upon but the billboard shown above, hovering over two iconic Plainfield businesses -- Pete's Fish Market and the Plainfield Donut Shop.

The billboard promotes the candidacy of Councilor Adrian Mapp in the June 4 Democratic Mayoral Primary.

Now, that's what I call taking the high(er) road.

did he pay the fees for the billboard?

Red is my favorite color and he's the one to get Plainfield out of the deep red Shady Sharonda has gotten us in. She is still a mess and making things less business and resident friendly every day.

The money was raised honestly by Mapp supporters who want a better and vital Plainfield.

SMH, all I can say is Jerry Green's money goes a long way. And might I add, not with a return.
