Hidden Plainfield: Where is this home?

Where is this unique home?
Plainfield neighborhoods are endlessly fascinating, some because they are quite off the beaten path and virtually unknown except to those who live there, others because they harbor unique -- and sometimes startling -- homes, as in the picture above.

Any ideas where this relatively new home is located?

Not sure..but I will say this. It has more character than most homes of that style ... it really is eyecatching for a modern / new home. Not over the top gauche McMansion and not BLAH by any means.

Dan,

I think the picture gives the address away? I'll check it out. But what was there before?

Looks like it was photoshopped right in place by someone with a strange taste for architectural style.

All -- No photoshopping here. This is real, really tight between two other houses. Maria, you are too clever!!!

Interesting home. Curious, why no basement in a new construction home? Looks to be a crawl space? Is it in a flood zone? Also, was this stick built or trucked in? Im curious. Does it have a garage in back?

It looks as though it can hold quite a few people! Does the City ever do a physical inspection of dwellings in town? I've been where I'm at now for twenty years and only remember One inspection.
Are there any occupancy limits in effect?
