This home is hidden in plain sight. Where is it?

Where is today's mystery home?
Some interesting Plainfield homes are hidden in plain sight, rather like the object in Edgar Allen Poe's detective story 'The Purloined Letter' (see here).

So, while this home's neighborhood is sort of off the beaten path, it is still visible to perhaps more visitors than any other neighborhood in the Queen City.

Where is it?

It's on Cedar Brook Park, the west side of the park and it's not quite so well taken care of ... the picture hides a lot of it's upkeep flaws like most of the homes on Arlington around the park. Great location though..
