Final free Plainwood Square concert Thursday


The park is always thronged for the free summer concert series.
 
Plainfielders will be treated to the final concert of this year's Plainwood Square Concert series this Thursday evening, starting at 6:00 PM sharp.

Billed as a “A Cultural Entertainment Explosion” the evening's lineup features --

  • C P Lacey, the comedian, impersonator, singer, & actor from NYC’s famed Apollo Theater
  • Jazz Marvels: Anthony Nelson Trio
  • Latin Sensations: Grupo Salvasion, and
  • 2007 Plainfield Idol Winner: Bryson Jenkins
Bring your lawn chairs. Parking in the C-Town lot across the street. Cafe Vivace and Giovanna's are open for drinks and dining before, during and after the concert.
