Dropping by Plainfield's Dairy Queen to chat up Donna Albanese after last Thursday's Plainwood Square Merchants Association meeting, I ran into this happy customer.
Though a bit shy, she was delighted to have her picture taken with her face freshly painted by her sister. Very attractive, don't you think?
Snapshot taken, she retreated to another table to finish her ice cream alongside her father.
Donna reports that work is moving along on the new 7-Eleven at South Avenue and Terrill Road and the C-Town on South Avenue (in the old Drug Fair premises), which expects to open about May 15.
