Board of Ed's 'Meet the Finalists' School Super Forum

The Plainfield Board of Ed is winding down its super-secretive search for a permanent Superintendent with a public 'meet the finalists' forum set for Saturday, May 19.

I heard from the grapevine over the weekend that there are two finalists: the current interim, Anna Belin-Pyles, and an unidentified second person.

The public will get an opportunity to meet and hear the candidates as well as engage them in a Q&A at the event at Emerson Community School. Moderators will be Gwen Thornton of the NJ School Boards Association and BOE member Keisha Edwards.

We can expect the Board's decision soon, with the expectation the new Superintendent would have the summer to get started before the new school year begins in September.

Anna Belin Pyles LOL. It's ok because we know the Campbell Flunkies will put her on as the permanent Superintendent. Guess what there is an election that will be held in November for the school board and when the 4 new board member's are elected because they will be elected Anna Belin Plyes will not be able to stand the heat. Next Year the rest of the Campbell Flunkies will be gone.

If they've put up Beylin-Pyles, then what's the point except to make it look fair. I'm not at all impressed with Beylin-Pyles and don't think she's even qualified to be the interim super. We're getting the shaft again. All BOE tasks, like finding a super should be transparent and not secretive and misleading. I am truly Bored of Education in Plainfield.

Anna Belin-Pyles for Superintendent is a disservice to the CHILDREN of Plainfield. She is controlled by the fish and chicken cooking Campbells who is running Rashid Abdul Houck against Adrian Mapp.

Plainfield please wake up do not allow one of their canidates to get on the council. The council is bad enough can you imagine having someone controlled by the Chicken and fish frying Campbells on there I can't.

Rashid you would have been better off running by yourself. I will never VOTE for anyone affiliated with them.

Why are the Board of Education member's trying to waste the residents of the city of Plainfield time. Do they think that all the residents have the BLINDERS on. The Campbells already have Mrs. Belin Pyles contract just waiting for her to sign it. I problem I have with the BOE is that they think everyone in PLAINFIELD is STUPID. The JOKE will be on them in the NOVEMBER election
