Monday is the filing deadline for Plainfield's two City Council seats that are up this year: Ward 3 and Citywide at-large.
As in the past, the CLIPS blog will happily accommodate calling attention to whatever blogging or other outreach the various campaigns conduct -- all the interested parties have to do is drop me an email at plaindan@gmail.com with links to their online presences and I will keep information current. This also includes listing campaign events on the CLIPS calendar.
With all the interest (not to say heated interest) displayed in recent months over the races and 'settling scores' with Councilor Mapp that were expressed by Mr. Roland Muhammad and BOE President Renata Hernandez, it should be exciting if any candidates actually materialize.
