Suspected murder-attempted suicide in 1100-block of Martine Avenue. |
Plainfield police found a man unconscious in his garage on Monday afternoon, I have been told. And the man's wife was discovered dead from a gunshot wound (or wounds) in their home in the 1100-block of Martine Avenue. A gun thought to be the murder weapon was found in his possession.
The man was rushed by EMTs to an area hospital and is expected to recover.
