Is the meeting open to the public? You bet.

The day will be busy -- packed with overviews and discussions of ethics, new state guidelines and overviews of critical statutes, as well as team building exercises, crafting a 'value proposition' (an essential to strategic planning), plus setting goals in relation to combatting the charter school influx, infusing technology, and expanding programs for special populations.

Very poorly attended. Only five were present when I looked in and they represented the majority. The BOE seems to be going nowhere fast.
2:26 that's not exactly true. There were about 20 people. 6 of which were BOE the rest were people invested in the community not just peeking in. People like you will do what they can to sabotage the BOE, but they will be ok.
