If you cast an absentee ballot for John Edwards or Rudy Giuliani all is not lost, according to a story in this morning's Ledger (see here).
An Ocean County judge ruled that those ballots may be voided and the voter may recast an absentee ballot for a candidate STILL in the race.
National Public Radio reported this morning that these voters would have to go to their County Clerk's office and file an affidavit in order to be issued a new absentee ballot.
Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi's office may be contacted at (908) 527-4000 or visit the website here.
