Workers protest Muhlenberg closing in 2008. 1,100 jobs were lost when the city's largest employer closed. |
Plainfield mayor Adrian Mapp confirmed Monday evening after the City Council meeting that the report to the community on the study of possible uses for the Muhlenberg Hospital campus is set for THURSDAY evening, August 14 at 7:00 PM at the Plainfield High School cafeteria.
This is a change from the item on the city's website, which still has the INCORRECT date as of Tuesday morning.
The city's consultants, Heyer Gruel & Associates, will present the report which is based on a series of community input sessions held this past spring plus interviews and research by the consultants.
All are welcome. Parking is available in the Kenyon Avenue parking lot.
