Salomé's Dance of The Seven Veils had some dire consequences.
As 2009's election filing date approaches, the Dance of the Seven Veils got under way at Plainfield's Democratic City Committee on Friday evening.
Committee members and guests learned that Assemblyman Jerry Green is endorsing Mayor Sharon Robinson-Briggs for re-election and has recruited 4th Ward resident Vera Greaves for the Council seat currently held by Elliott Simmons.
Monday at 4 PM the world will learn what's behind the rest of the veils, if anything.
