There will be a promotional ceremony on Friday, December 7, 2007 at 10:30 am in the City Hall Library.
The following Police Division officers will be promoted:
Lt. Michael Gilliam will be promoted to Captain
Det. Kevin O'Brien will be promoted to Sergeant
The public is invited.
