This is the 96th year the Plainfield chapter of the LWV has been holding candidate forums. |
Eight candidates for three Plainfield Board of Education seats have been invited to participate in the League of Women Voters' forum this evening.
This will be your last opportunity to see, hear and question all of the candidates at one time.
The forum will be held in the Anne Louise Davis Meeting Room of the Plainfield Public Library, Park Avenue at 8th Street.
The school board election is next Tuesday, April 19, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The Plainfield Public Library is at Park Avenue and West 8th Street and is an accessible facility. Parking is available in the 8th and 9th Street lots. For more information about library hours and programs, visit the library's website at plainfieldlibrary.info/.
