Plainfield residents are invited to a free Health and Wellness Fair this Friday (June 10) from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Covenant Manor, 623 East Front Street (next to Covenant United Methodist Church).
The free event is sponsored by Walgreen's, United Healthcare, JFK Hartwyck, Overlook and RWJ Hospitals, and the American Heart Association.
Features include a variety of free health screenings, a Mary Kay mini makeover, chair Zumba, yoga and Eldercare advice. Attendees can also play a Health and Wellness Jeopardy game.
There will be free refreshments as well as music and dancing.
