According to a notice issued by the City Clerk's office on Thursday, the Plainfield City Council meeting slated for Monday, November 9, has been rescheduled.
Council will hold the doubleheader agenda-and-business session as a SPECIAL MEETING on Monday, November 23, at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse / Council Chambers, Watchung Avenue at East 4th Street.
No reason has been given for the change in date, except that we do know the intervening week is the annual League of Municipalities Conference in Atlantic City, at which many Council and Administration members are expected to be in attendance.
